The teamwork within an eco-system can generate fascinating transformations in nature. Contaminated water can for example simply be purified by the synergy of micro-bacteria, roots and oxygen. This system functions autonomously yet continuously because it is living.
With a network of human hands we can collectively participate in the replication of these systems and share their interesting qualities. With a similar system, ginger roots, sugar, yeast, oxygen and micro-bacteria can be transformed into a variety of lively fizzy drinks. By means of care and relational practice the network becomes alive.
The workshop to start a ginger fermentation chain that will become a relational device to create a network based on sharing and responsibility to keep the system alive. Check here how to become part of the network!
