DIS/ABILITY

The notion of disability is over all clearly defined in the mind of most people but deserves serious discussion and reflection.
The term is unconditionally associated with a lack and a disfunction. Since the environment of one person influences what the ability of one person is, isn’t it incorrect to draw a strict line between ability and disability?
Conceptualised in a tryptic that is reflecting and inviting into a discussion on the notion of disability trough tools that are used to compensate the lack of an ability; prothesis.
